ConnectForLunch is a program that many of you are already familiar with, and now it’s undergoing changes to make it more accessible and convenient. ConnectForLunch is a more intimate and personal alternative to our larger format networking events. And it’s at the most convenient time of day for you – your lunch hour. The basic format is still the same: private lunches with other businesspeople in groups of one, two or three people. Just about everything else, though, is different.
- More opportunities to meet other businesspeople: Instead of being available just one day a week, ConnectForLunch will now be available every Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday. That’s 100 more opportunities per year.
- You can choose which restaurant you’d like to go to: Italian food? Vegetarian? A restaurant that’s close by? Now you get to choose.
- You pay only for lunches that you use: With the previous subscription plan, you had to use your two lunches before they expired at the end of each billing period. Now, you’ll be purchasing packets of 5, 10 or 20 lunches in advance at various discounts. Use the lunches whenever you want; they never expire as long as you are a Salem Chamber member. Any unused lunches are fully refundable within six months of date of purchase.
