Celeste EdmanCEO, Lunar Logic
Celeste Edman is a successful business strategist, marketer, writer, and CEO of Lunar Logic, a technology firm that provides content management software, business software automation and integration, and digital marketing strategies and analysis to companies focused on data-driven solutions, enabling their organizations to grow online. Edman was recently appointed to the Governor’s Small Business Advisory Cabinet. Rich is the National Tax Practice Leader for S corporations and gifts, estates and trusts for Moss Adams LLP, a regional accounting firm with offices in Washington, Oregon, California, Arizona, Texas, New Mexico and Kansas. He is a certified public accountant in Oregon and Washington. He began his career with the Internal Revenue Service in 1974 and joined Moss Adams LLP in 1984, served as the managing partner for the Yakima office for six years, and is now based out of the Portland office. In his thirty year tenure with the firm as a tax partner, Rich has primarily worked with business owners and families in the food and agricultural industry on their federal, state and international choice of entity business structuring. Rich specializes in Closely‐held Business Services (CBS) and in dealing with business financial management, exit strategy planning (family or otherwise, e.g. private equity, merger and acquisition transactions, ESOPs, etc.) and the related business and family estate planning issues. Sandra SimonCEO, Cedar Sinai Park
Sandra C. Simon has been Chief Executive Officer of Cedar Sinai Park since September of 2015. She started her career at CSP as Chief Operating Officer in July of 2014. Previously, she was Chief Administrative Officer at the Jewish Home of San Francisco. She has extensive experience in the field of elder services and holds an MBA (CSU, San Marcos), a BA in Gerontology, and a nursing home administrator’s license. At the Jewish Home of San Francisco, Sandra was responsible for a 478 bed skilled nursing hospital and a 13 bed geriatric acute psychiatric hospital. She has managed adult day centers and a variety of other facilities and programs serving elders. Sandra’s work involves the oversight of a large and complex budget and a diverse staff. At Cedar Sinai Park, she has management responsibilities for all programs and services.
