Driven by a customer-first attitude and the breakthrough concept of using shipping containers for moving, storage and custom modification, Get Simple Box has gone from success to success over their twenty year existence. The company, which grew out of a 17 year old’s high school project is now active in three states, with eight locations, the latest being Salem, Oregon. Excitement about the newest expansion couldn’t be higher.

“We have roots in Salem. It is such a vibrant city and we are happy to be here to serve the community,” commented co-owner Ross Black, whose wife is a Corban College graduate. “Although we are in the storage business, we are founded on two core beliefs – people matter more than things, and service precedes greatness. As long as we are focused on serving people with excellence, we expect the business to continue to succeed.”

According to the company, in addition to Marion and Polk counties, their main service area for the newest location covers everywhere from Portland to Eugene. “Our Boxes are made to be moved. So we deliver the storage right to you, whether you are in the city or the country,” says co-owner Trevor Eshuis, who also lives in Salem. Get Simple Box has been headquartered in Lynden, Washington since 1997 and has other locations in Washington, Oregon, and Idaho.

Get Simple Box is committed to giving a portion of their proceeds back to charities, sponsoring one child or widow in need for each team member they employ, as well as helping with storage and logistics for food banks and non-profit events in the communities they operate in each and every year.

Feedback and reviews have remained extremely positive, with one customer recently commenting, “Simple Box took so much stress out of our recent move. The 20-foot container was perfect for our needs and everyone we dealt with was so kind and helpful.”
