On September 13th we welcomed Colt Gill, Director of the Oregon Department of Education and Deputy Superintendent of Public Education, who was the keynote speaker at our Forum Speaker Series event. Colt spoke about the direction and initiatives the State of Oregon is taking to prioritize diversity in Oregon’s public education, and the impacts to mitigate COVID-19 outbreaks in our public schools.
We also awarded Tiffany and Mark Bulgin with the Spirit of Salem Award for their generous contributions to the residents of Salem. This special event could not have been possible without our partners at PGE.
