In this role with the Salem Chamber’s 503(c)(3), Kelli leads and supports the foundation’s missional work to “develop the leadership potential of Salem area students and business professionals” through its dynamic signature programs, including Leadership Salem, Salem Emerging Leaders, Lunch with Leaders, and the Youth Leadership Project.
Having served as both Marketing Professor and Director of Career Services at Corban University for 14 years, Kelli is deeply invested in Salem’s growth and vitality. With a passion to serve the local community, Kelli infused classroom learning by creating real-world marketing projects in collaboration with small businesses and non-profits that merged theory and creativity, leading to tangible outcomes resulting in organizational growth.
