The Salem-Keizer school district has over 1,100 homeless students, this does not count those who are disconnected from school. 193 of those students are without parents or legal guardian to help guide them. Join us at this event to learn how the community can invest in Salem’s present and future. The return on investment is great as we know that with every $1 spent on homeless youth saves $4.12 in costs to society, not to mention the incredible non-monetary benefits of a healthy community.
