Chamber Business Women

Brooke Jenkins

Join us on Tuesday, June 15th, from 12:00 PM – 1:00 PM, for Chamber Business Women, a virtual event where you can connect with like-minded individuals and foster relationships in a time when they are so needed.

Brooke Jenkins, with Life Freedom With Brooke, will share her journey and the lessons she’s learned when she presents to the Chamber Business Women for June’s meeting. We welcome business women to join us as we learn about Brooke’s story and her helpful advice for other women.

Brooke Jenkins is a very successful, local health and wellness coach, having been a part of hundreds of life transformations all over the nation over the last 6.5 years. A mother to 4 young children, she has been married to her soulmate and high school sweetheart—who is a hard-working, local farmer—for almost 19 years. Although Brooke grew up in Salem, she is raising her children on her husband’s family farm in Rickreall.
Through her own experience and having partnered with hundreds of others to contend for their health, Brooke truly believes there is no physical transformation that is sustainable without the mental transformation. After Brooke struggled with her health and weight her entire life, she finally gained control of her health and weight 6.5 years ago; however, the journey did not stop there. Still to this day, she works on herself and focuses on progress over perfection in all that she does.
