Presentation Title: “Business Owner Toolbox: Estate Planning”

Description: Join Attorney Stephanie Palmblad as she discusses the importance of Estate Planning for business owners. Guests can expect to receive practical and accessible information regarding estate planning and how to best approach their individual needs as business owners. Topics of discussion include building your estate planning toolbox, Revocable Living Trusts, tax planning, asset protection, Durable Powers of Attorney, and Oregon’s Advance Directive for Health Care.

About the presenter: Stephanie M. Palmblad is an Estate Planning and Probate attorney at Collier Law in Salem. With over a decade of experience in this field, Stephanie designs carefully crafted estate plans for her clients that manage their affairs and communicate their values to their families. When a loved one passes, she compassionately guides families through the probate process by helping to finalize their loved ones’ estates or create guardianships or conservatorships for their family members. Stephanie is a Magna Cum Laude graduate of Willamette University College of Law and was recognized as a Super Lawyers Rising Star for the past three years. When she is not working with clients or serving on the board at the Gilbert House, Stephanie enjoys spending time with her husband and two children.
