“Mentorship: Steps, Strategies & Misconceptions”
Speaker: Krystan Resch, Financial Advisor at Summit Wealth Management

In October, our Chamber Business Women luncheon welcomes Financial Advisor Krystan Resch to talk about the importance of mentorship in professional and personal growth.

What is mentoring? Should I mentor? Would someone mentor me? How is mentoring different from advocating or consulting or age/experience-gap friendship? Join us to hear world-class mentor and trainer, Krystan Resch, share the answers to these questions, and more!

WHEN: Tuesday, October 15, 11:45AM to 1:00PM
WHERE: Roth’s Fresh Markets, 1130 Wallace Road NW

Pre-registration for this event is required.

About Our Speaker:

Krystan grew up in Salem and was active in sports at Sprague High School. She attended the University of Oregon where she received her bachelor’s of science. After college, Krystan moved to Portland where she worked in the financial and software industries for 15 years, most recently as the Head of Partnerships at Zoominfo. While in the industry, she experienced working at a start-up that, in just a few years, became a publicly traded company.

Outside of work, Krystan enjoys spending time outdoors with her friends and family. Her partner, Frank, and her pup, Olly, keep her busy and they are always helping her find their next big adventure.

CHAMBER BUSINESS WOMEN

Chamber Business Women is a platform for members of the Salem Chamber to create solid relationships, further professional development, and build strategic alliances. This unique environment is a gathering place for individuals with diverse levels of professional experiences to share ideas and mentor each other.

The program is structured around helping create a strong professional network while giving participants an opportunity to engage with other members in a casual setting. The dedicated hour of your day, once a month, will empower you to strengthen your business and connection to the community.

Speaking at the Chamber Business Women program is a great opportunity to show off your expertise and spotlight your knowledge on a particular topic as a member of the business community.  If you are interested in speaking, please share with us what you’re passionate about, a valuable takeaway or lesson of wisdom that you would like to share with the attendees.

Chamber Business Women meets once a month over the lunch hour at Roth’s Fresh Markets in West Salem. Feel free to arrive at 11:45 a.m. for casual networking. View the event calendar for times and locations.
