Salem, OR. (March 1, 2021) Award-winning video, event, and streaming production company Allied Video Productions announced today the purchase of KTVA Productions in Portland, Oregon. KTVA was founded by Rick Phillips in 1987, and has continually served clients for almost 35 years. Rick is looking forward to retirement and future travel: “I’m pleased that my past and current customers will be treated with the same high-level of service they have come to expect from me.”
The announcement promises an exciting future for Allied Video Productions, with expanded clients and capabilities that come with the acquisition. AVP CEO Scott Hossner pointed out that for decades, there has been a friendly relationship between the two companies. “Allied Video Productions will still provide the same stellar services, but with the purchase of KTVA, we have gained equipment and connections that will help us serve even more clients.”
CFO Dan Walker adds, “With COVID 19, it might seem like an odd time for an acquisition of this kind, but AVP is determined to be one step ahead as life, and business, slowly return to normal.”
