Alzheimer’s Network Opens Day Respite Center
A place for those with dementia to engage in social activities in a familiar setting
Salem, OR –The Alzheimer’s Network, a local non-profit serving those living with dementia, their families, and their caregivers, has opened their doors of their Adult Day Respite Center.
The Adult Day Respite Center will provide a place for individuals with dementia who are living at home to engage in social and life enrichment activities in a warm, home-like setting. These services will also help provide respite to caregivers and family members taking care of loved ones with dementia in their home.
About Alzheimer’s Network: The Alzheimer’s Network (AlzNet) is a local, non-profit in Salem, OR. Started in 2003 by local business members with a mission to provide compassionate support, education and outreach to meet the individual needs of those impacted by Alzheimer’s disease and other dementias.
