Dale’s Remodeling adds two new team members: husband and wife Traci and Russell Boland

Traci Boland
Accounting Manager
Traci brings more than 20 years of experience working in the construction accounting field. She joined Dale’s team in August 2017 and oversees accounts payable/receivable, payroll, financials and budgets. Traci also works directly with trade contractors and clients.

“My job involves daily problem solving and analyzing of all things ‘accounting’ as it relates to the business,” says Traci.

Traci is trained in Profit in Property Management and is certified in OSHA Construction Training. She is also commissioned as an Oregon Notary Public. When she’s not working, Traci enjoys photography, camping and weekend getaways in the beautiful Pacific Northwest.

Russell Boland
Lead Carpenter
Growing up in the construction field and serving the U.S Military as a distinguished Honor Graduate, Russell brings more than 30 years of experience and trade-specific training to Dale’s Remodeling. He joined the team soon after his wife, in October 2017 as Lead Carpenter. Russell quickly proved to be a strong asset to the team with expertise in all phases of building.

“I oversee the demolition and remodel of all types of residential projects,” said Russell. “I like to think I have a knack for envisioning what people want and making it happen.”

Russell’s loyal, hard-working attitude and detail-oriented nature yield exceptional outcomes for clients. When he’s not on the job, Russell spends as much time as possible with his family outdoors camping, fishing, crabbing and riding motorcycles.
