Governor Kate Brown announced a statewide ban on indoor social gatherings of more than 10 people at her news conference yesterday. Oregonians are also ordered to now wear face coverings outside whenever they cannot maintain a six-foot distance from others. These new orders take effect Wednesday, July 15.
