In his role as Marketing and Communications Manager, Dan is the Chamber’s storyteller, content creator and producer, and communications strategist. To go along with his work advocating for the Chamber, its mission, and upcoming events and activities, Dan is also a promoter for Chamber members, telling their story via a wide array of communications vehicles and mediums (social media, e-newsletters, the Chamber blog, the Chamber’s quarterly 503 Magazine, and video podcasts).

A graduate of the University of Oregon’s School of Journalism and Communication, Dan is a trained journalist with nearly a decade of professional experience as a marketer, communications manager, writer, and editor. Before coming to the Chamber, he served as the Associate Director of Engagement Communications at Willamette University in Salem.
