Yesterday, our partners at United Way of the Mid-Willamette Valley gifted Timothy and Sharon Smith with the keys to their new tiny home. Last September, the Smith family were victims of the wildfires that raged throughout the Willamette Valley and affected the majority of Oregon residents.
After evacuating with only overnight bags and living in a cramped trailer for several months, the Smith family now has a permanent place to live while they work on rebuilding their original home.
The Smith’s new tiny home was gifted to them by The United Way of the Mid-Willamette Valley, International Housing Concepts, and Santiam Service Integration Team.
