The Holiday Inn Salem recently underwent a multi-million-dollar renovation; it has been completely overhauled to give it the contemporary look and comfortable atmosphere that people have come to expect from the IHG (Intercontinental Hotels Group) brand.

The New Capitol City Grill, a free-standing restaurant connected to the Holiday Inn Salem, has also been remodeled. Other major hotel improvements include a complete makeover of the lobby area; renovated fitness center; new landscaping; and re-paved parking lot. The hotel’s 10,000 square feet of meeting space has also been refreshed and offers the latest in AV technology along with high-speed Internet access. “With over 10,000 square feet of flexible meeting space that can accommodate anywhere from three to 350 people, it’s the perfect space for any business meeting, social event or convention,” says Castaneda.
