A Mission Rooted in Real-Life Transformation
Founded by Lacey and Walther (Wally) Landecho, Earth Angel Wellness grew out of a very personal journey with weight, hormone imbalances, and chronic health issues. Both Lacey and Wally are former military medical professionals—Lacey served as an Aeronautical Medical Technician/EMT in the Oregon Air National Guard, and Wally served as a Surgical Technician in the U.S. Air Force. They met at Sheppard AFB in 2000, married in 2001, and have now spent over two decades not only raising a family, but also healing themselves and others.
After years of struggling, the breakthrough came with GLP-1 therapy and hormone support. Lacey lost 72 pounds, reversed her chronic inflammation, and helped her teenage son overcome metabolic syndrome and fatty liver disease through personalized dosing of Ozempic. Wally followed with his own 60-pound weight loss and over 10 pounds of muscle gain. Their success became the blueprint for the clinic.

Earth Angel Wellness is medically led by Dr. Rami Ahmed, DO, MHPE, FACEP, a former U.S. Army medic and SWAT physician. With over a decade of urgent care and telemedicine experience, Dr. Ahmed specializes in GLP-1 therapies, alternative treatments, and hormone optimization. His mission aligns with Lacey and Wally’s: deliver high-impact care with compassion and precision.
