About Our Speaker:

Raymond White is an experienced Leadership/Organizational Development Specialist and Healthcare Information Technology Supervisor based in Salem, Oregon. With a passion for fostering inclusive communities, Raymond specializes in equipping leaders with essential people and culture skills and DEI practices. His diverse experience includes:

• 10 years as an IT Supervisor at Salem Health Hospital and Clinics
• Consultant and coach for executive leaders on Inclusive Leadership principles
• Facilitator and trainer for belonging and team culture conversations
• Active board member for several local non-profits
• Youth sports coach and mentor for emerging leaders

Raymond is also the author of the book, “Advocacy in Action: 9 Practical Actions for Allies in Social Justice.” He holds a bachelor’s degree in Sociology and American Ethnic Studies from Willamette University and a master’s in Business from George Fox University.
