At our Business Advocacy Meeting on November 6, 2025, a panel of local leaders addressed several important issues and topics, including:
- The Salem Police Department’s Homeless Services Team (HST) and the impact of the City’s new Safety and Livability initiative
- Current challenges faced by businesses in Oregon’s hospitality industry
- An effort to refer the recently passed Oregon Transportation Package to voters
- Changes to the City of Salem’s land use decision process
