Effective October 1, 2019, Matt Benjamin has been named Managing Director of Northwestern Mutual in Salem Oregon. His background in management, finance and mentoring, made him the perfect candidate for this position.
After 15 years of successfully developing a solo office in Salem, Matt is now the Managing Director of the offices of Salem, Bend, Eugene, and Coos Bay. Matt recognizes that his new role brings many challenges, as well as great opportunities, to enhance his ability to have an impact in the community, with his clients, and with the new Financial Advisors that will be introduced to this wonderful career.
Matt is a graduate of Willamette University and earned his MBA from the Atkinson Graduate School of Management. He specializes in comprehensive business planning, personal financial and estate planning, as well as helping people achieve and maintain a strong sense of financial security.
