There’s a new reason to raise a glass in downtown Salem. Clink!, a French-inspired restaurant featuring fresh local and seasonal ingredients, boasts a boutique gathering space that has already sparked community buzz since its soft opening this summer and its grand opening in September 2025. Thoughtfully created by a visionary team of women and local creatives, including CEO Sheena Nash, Clink! is more than just a restaurant — it’s a curated space to connect, celebrate, savor, and unwind.

How It All Started
Clink! was inspired by the stories of women, leading to an intentional space to gather — whether for lunch with friends, a celebratory event, or a moment of solitude over a glass of wine. The goal? To provide a space featuring elevated food and hospitality for the people of Salem: equal parts relaxed, elegant, and inviting.
At the heart of the project is a dedicated founding team:
- Sheena Nash, owner of Beyond the Bloom Farm and Floral, brings an eye for elegance and ambiance that defines Clink!’s Parisian design.
- Britany Randall, a small business owner and former city planner, has long envisioned a community space just like this — built on beauty and belonging.
- Paige Smith, a real estate agent and mother, dreamed of a serene, welcoming destination downtown for conversation, cocktails, and connection.
- Randi Bural, with nearly two decades in agricultural finance, is passionate about Clink! becoming a vibrant hub for women in all seasons of life.
- Sunny Tucker, a commercial real estate transaction coordinator at Tradition Real Estate, brings a love of food, wine, and thoughtful design to the table.
Together, these women have created not just a place, but a purpose-driven experience.
A Unique Gathering Space in Salem
What sets Clink! apart is its dual nature as a hospitality venue and community anchor. With public and private spaces designed for everything from business mixers and bridal showers to brunch dates and solo sips, the atmosphere blends European charm with Northwest sensibilities.
The experience is elevated by an all-star back-of-house and leadership team, including:
- Executive Chef Brittni Armenta, whose culinary background includes acclaimed Portland establishments such as Kann and the Sesame Collective.
- Chef de Cuisine Amber Armenta and Sous Chef Michael Tousignant, who have helped thoughtfully curate the debut menu.
- General Manager Vanessa Sterling-Saavedra, who oversees daily operations with care and community in mind.
Clink! currently employs more than 30 talented team members, who each bring their own spark to what is fast becoming a cornerstone of Salem’s downtown scene.

Clink! is building momentum as the team celebrated its ribbon-cutting ceremony on September 12, 2025 to mark the milestone of being fully open and now serving lunch, dinner, and weekend brunch. Guests can make reservations online through Clink!’s website at clinksalem.com.

Ahead of opening, the team donated exclusive tasting experiences to the Keizer Network of Women’s Percy Auction; Family Building Blocks‘ wine auction event and dinner, Uncorked; and the Keizer Rotary Auction — a reflection of the restaurant’s commitment to uplifting women and giving back to the community.
Local makers are also central to the Clink! experience, from featured wines to fresh ingredients sourced from nearby farms. The team is actively building partnerships that celebrate Oregon’s finest.
