Requirements include a college degree and at least one year of real estate experience and an interest in commercial real estate, such as supply and demand trends, analysis, and narrative report writing. The successful candidate will need to submit a writing sample and be proficient in current computer programs including Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook, in addition to extensive internet research. The candidate will need to possess the ability to think laterally, multitask, meet deadlines, keep a calm and positive attitude under pressure, and communicate effectively in person, on the phone, and via written correspondence. As our office is located in Salem, successful candidates will need to reside within the Willamette Valley.
