Dr. Combes writes and speaks frequently on healthcare governance, physician issues, quality, and best practices around healthcare leadership. His specialty areas of expertise include Medical Quality, Healthcare Governance, Physician Leadership, Clinical Integration, Patient Safety, and Palliative Care. Dr. Combes is responsible for leading all external and internal communications, social media, public and media relations, as well as policy development, regulatory, and legislative relationships for the Accreditation Council for Graduate Medical Education (ACGME). He serves as a member of the ACGME Executive Leadership Team.
