Salem Contractors Exchange gives out Annual $1,000 Scholarships for construction oriented students in the area. Fundraisers are held throughout the year at SCE events to raise money for the Scholarship Fund. This year we are excited to give three scholarships to students enrolled in a construction oriented field, they are Wyatt Dean, Nick Hossley, and Ben Hatfield all students at Oregon State University.
