Salem, OR (July 25, 2019) – Rich Duncan Construction is proud to announce the beginning of construction of the Masonry Grill located at 120 Commercial Street NE Salem, OR 97301. Located at the old home of The Old Spaghetti Factory, the restaurant will feature a combination of new and old. New steel will be put in for a seismic upgrade to make the building safe for years to come, while some older steel will be left exposed. The exposed steel in addition to the brick will create a unique vibe. The restaurant will also include an outdoor patio seating area and a custom outdoor fire pit. This beautiful space was designed by Studio 3 Architects. The Masonry Grill will be an amazing addition to the community and Salem. Rich Duncan Construction is privileged to be their builder of choice.
