We’re growing in good ways and looking to add another Driver to our team. You’ll be joining a team who actually like each other and enjoy our work. We work hard, and some overtime, but home every night and most weekends free.
ROLE: Container Delivery Driver based out of Salem.
Someone with some Delivery driver experience is preferred (towing, containers, dumpsters, construction materials, etc), but not necessary. What is necessary is a teachable attitude and a willingness to learn how to deliver our equipment the right way every time.

✓ Good Reputation – valid CDL with clean driving record
✓ Skills – excellent backing-up skills and a good feel for hydraulics (for container delivery/pickup)
REQUIREMENTS:
✓ The ability to lift 50 pounds and pass a physical
✓ we are a Drug free workplace – applicant must pass a Drug screening and background check as a condition of employment.
✓ ability to communicate well with other team members (good reading/writing skills as well as the ability to text/email).
✓ cleaning up after yourself and taking good care of tools and equipment.

HOURS AND PAY:
40+ hours per week. Wage is hourly, based on full-time with some opportunity for overtime.
Starting wage of $19.50 – $23/hr. Starting pay will be based on skills, experience, and attitude.
Opportunities for advancement, paid-time off, and bonus program after probation period.
