Willson House is seeking a Health Services Coordinator – RN to join our team of dedicated employees! Located creek-side in an urban setting close to shopping, doctors, and Salem Hospital, we are committed to providing individualized care and support based on resident choice, with full respect for those choices.
Primary Duties Include: Nursing assessments, wound care, working with physicians and other medical and mental health providers. Overseeing caregivers and medication aides. Working with activities, administration and all the care team members. Assessing new residents to move into the building.
Requirements/Qualifications: Current, unencumbered, RN license with the state of Oregon. Experience working with seniors and demonstrated knowledge and experience with residents having dementia and the understanding of the physical, mental, and social changes associated with the elderly population. Demonstrated ability to organize, problem-solve, and obtain results in seniors. Must be able to successfully pass a criminal background check.
Compensation: $30.00 to $40.00 per hour, based on experience.

Sign-On and Retention Bonus: We are offering a $1,000 sign on bonus. We are also offering $1,750.00 paid after six months (must be in good standing and have no disciplinary actions) and an additional $1,750.00 paid after one year (must be in good standing and have no disciplinary actions).
Student Loan Repayment Program: This benefit allows licensed staff (RN’s and LPN’s) who have completed 120 days of service and average 24 hours (worked hours) a week, to apply for assistance in paying their student loan debt.
